About the event
Kundalini Kemetic Yoga
Kemetic yoga- Abu ari ankh ka the dance that brings the soul to life– The process of become the liberated soul being that you are releasing, accepting and making way for the most divine part of you to shine, not yoking or tying yourself back to something. Kemetic yoga, which originated in Egypt, focuses on the movement of energy through the body in order to allow one’s higher intelligence and the divine to flow through them.
Our workshop will combine Abu Ari Ankh Ka with Kemetic Reiki, also known as Ra Sekhem healing energy medicine is based on the ancient holistic healing system practiced thousands of years before what is now known as reiki by our ancestors in ancient Kemet (Egypt) and throughout Africa. Kemetic Reiki uses healing hands, sound therapy, hekau (healing mantras) from the Pert Em Heru ( the hieroglyphic signatures) to clear your aura and bring harmony and balance to your internal environment the energy centers known as aritu (chakras) creating space for the dvine in yours to awaken, flourish and take up space.
