Chair Yoga is suitable for ALL YogaLovers. This practice is helpful for those who are new to yoga, sit for long periods of times or unable to participate in a traditional yoga class because of injury or limited mobility. Chair yoga deepens flexibility, increases range of motion, and strengthens personal body awareness.
This is a recurring class at YogaLove. YogaLovers can use their 5 or 10 Class Pass.
