About the Event
This beginning level in-studio mat class is ideal for those new to Pilates and for those returning to or building a strong foundation for their Pilates practice. The class will focus on fundamental skills and the pilates mat work to build muscles from the inside out, increase flexibility, and ease pain in movement throughout the body. Build strength and stability, improve balance and circulation. This 60 minute class is designed to be safe for people with osteoporosis or osteopenia, and is good for anyone wanting to move and feel great.
No Pilates experience necessary.
