Come join Samara Reynolds for two and a half hours of deep relaxation and unwinding.
Be supported and propped with bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets while you give yourself space to explore rest and comfort. We will begin with gentle and accessible breathwork, and move into several long held and heavily propped poses in a sequence designed to bring you deeper through layers of softness and stillness. In a world that is so loud, we rest, in a world that asks for constant productivity and movement, we find refuge in stillness. You deserve a mini retreat into yourself.
